Dr. Goings is a native of Dillon, SC and a university scholar at the University of South Carolina. Dr. Goings transferred and received a Bachelor of Science degree from Excelsior College. He also earned academic honors at Sherman College of Chiropractic where he received his Doctor of Chiropractic degree.
